Terms of Service

1. What Aureviai is

Aureviai is a platform to protect, license and distribute Lua scripts (for example for Roblox). Creators upload scripts, which are obfuscated, and issue license keys; end users run those scripts through a loader that validates the key on our servers and binds it to a device identifier (HWID).

Aureviai is not the author of the scripts creators distribute and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or any executor.

2. Types of users

• Creators ("owners"): access the dashboard with an owner API key from the official store or issued by the administration; create projects, upload scripts and manage keys, rewards, webhooks and bots.
• End users: people who run a creator's script with a key (or without one if the creator publishes it as free/FFA).
• Aureviai staff: manage the platform from /admin with individual permissions.

3. Creators are responsible for their content

You are solely responsible for the scripts, texts, images, links and other content you upload or configure (including reward links and your Discord panel messages). You represent that you hold the necessary rights and that distributing it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

• Uploading malware is forbidden: code that steals credentials, accounts, cookies or data, harms devices, mines cryptocurrency without consent or performs hidden actions against the user running it.
• You are responsible towards your end users for what your script does, your refund policy and your support.
• If you use the per-key watermark or the leak tracer, use that information only to protect your script (e.g. revoke a leaked key).

4. End users

By running a script distributed with Aureviai you accept that the loader sends our servers the key, the HWID and the executor name and version, and that we record the execution (see the Privacy Policy). The key is bound to the first device that uses it; the creator decides whether HWID resets are allowed.

You must comply with the Roblox Terms of Use and those of the executor you use. Aureviai does not guarantee that using a script or an executor complies with Roblox rules and is not liable for actions taken against your Roblox account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use the Service for illegal purposes, fraud, harassment or to distribute unlawful content;
• share, resell or publish keys that are not yours, or use a key on devices it was not issued for;
• bypass, disable or tamper with key validation, the HWID lock, response signatures, the watermark, usage limits or reward checkpoints (including bots, Referer spoofing or automation);
• attack, overload, scan or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data;
• create mass or fraudulent reward sessions to obtain keys or referral bonuses.

We apply automatic measures (rate limits and temporary IP blocks on malicious behaviour) that may affect access.

6. Accounts, keys and suspension

Keep your owner API key and dashboard credentials safe; whoever holds them can act on your behalf. Tell us if you think they were compromised.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, keys, scripts or projects, disable a script or remove content, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if other users are at risk or if the law requires it. Creators can ban their own users' keys.

7. Plans and payments

Paid features (Pro and Premium plans) are purchased in our official store, run by a third party (SellAuth, aureviai.mysellauth.com), which processes the payment under its own terms. Aureviai does not receive or store your card data. After purchase you receive an owner API key for the plan duration; plans can be renewed or redeemed with codes.

Prices, plan limits and the refund policy are those shown in the store at the time of purchase. When a plan expires, paid features are unavailable until renewal.

8. Rewards and ads

Creators can create reward pages with checkpoints from ad providers (e.g. Linkvertise, Lootlabs or Work.ink) and referral rewards. Those providers are third parties with their own terms and policies; Aureviai only redirects to their links. Reward keys are temporary and may be limited per IP and device.

9. Intellectual property

Aureviai's software, design and brand belong to us. Scripts remain their creators'; you grant us the licence needed to store, obfuscate, keep encrypted backups of and deliver them to your users while you use the Service.

10. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that obfuscation, validation or the watermark will prevent all copying or leaks, or compatibility with every executor.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureviai is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, actions on third-party accounts (including Roblox) or content uploaded by creators. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes

We may change the Service and these Terms. The current version is published on this page with its update date and relevant changes are announced on /announcements. Continuing to use the Service means accepting the new version.

13. Governing law and contact
